With your wedding being a destination wedding, you might have many questions about how to make all the wedding planning details fit together. Our expertise is guiding you through the process and into your perfect day.

We intentionally designed the Pier Suite Event space to be the star of the show. Gorgeous views that require minimal decorating but also a minimal, modern space that is the perfect clean slate for the foundation of your event design dreams. 

Add-ons available for your event include: bistro lighting both inside and out, a wedding arch, and more. Contact us for details.

Wedding Packages

Our rental pricing is meant to be transparent and all-inclusive, so you know exactly what you’re getting up-front from us. At Pier Suite Events, we provide tables, linens, chairs, and the venue. Couples love that they can select a simple package for the venue and customize the rest of the details for the big day to their exact taste.

  • DAY: 5 Hours before 2pm

  • NIGHT: 8 Hours after 2:30PM (times may vary with time of sunset)
  • FULL DAY: any 12 consecutive hours of your choice (i.e. 7am-7pm, 11am-11pm)

*All prices do not include SRIA fee, sales tax, and event insurance.

*Black out dates with price adjustments for Blue Angels week, 4th of July, and New Year’s Eve

*All contracts end at midnight

Wedding Venue Packages include the following:
  • On-site table selection
    • 10- 48″ round tables
    • 10- 60″ round tables
    • 2- 36′ round tables
    • 10- Cocktail/Bistro tables
    • 4- 6′ Rectangular banquet tables
    • 120- Champagne Chiavari chairs with vinyl cushion
  • Floor length linens for the on-site tables
    • You will have a variety of colors to choose from, and upgraded linens are available for an additional charge
  • After event cleaning of the venue space
    • This entails the major cleaning of the space, the floors, bathrooms, kitchen, windows, etc
